Arizona Heart Specialists brings together a team of board-certified cardiologists, advanced practice providers, physician assistants, and operational leadership — with combined expertise spanning interventional cardiology, vascular medicine, cardiac electrophysiology, preventive cardiology, non- invasive imaging, heart failure management, and practice operations.

Charan Teja Reddy Yerasi, MD

Dr. Charan Yerasi is a board-certified interventional cardiologist and Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC). He specializes in complex coronary interventions, chronic total occlusion (CTO) PCI, transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), and peripheral vascular interventions. Dr. Yerasi completed his medical degree at Gandhi Medical College, India, followed by residency in Internal Medicine at MedStar Georgetown University, fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at Creighton University, and Interventional Cardiology fellowship at MedStar Georgetown. He is actively engaged in clinical research with extensive publications and presentations at national and international cardiology meetings.

Tarpan R. Patel, MD, FACC, RPVI

Dr. Tarpan R. Patel is a board-certified interventional cardiologist, Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC), and Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI). He holds board certifications in interventional cardiology, cardiovascular disease, internal medicine, nuclear cardiology, echocardiography, and vascular ultrasound imaging. His expertise spans preventive cardiology, complex coronary interventions, congestive heart failure, peripheral arterial disease, vascular wound management, deep vein thrombosis, and the full spectrum of varicose vein disease. Dr. Patel leads the AHS Vein & Vascular Center and has a deep clinical focus on preventive cardiology and longevity medicine — integrating wearable health technology to help patients build long-term cardiovascular resilience.

Navya Sree Vipparla, MD

Dr. Navya Sree Vipparla is a board-certified non-invasive cardiologist with expertise in multimodality cardiovascular imaging and non-invasive diagnostic testing. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Nuclear Cardiology, and holds National Board of Echocardiography (NBE) certification. Dr. Vipparla earned her medical degree from NRI Medical College, Andhra Pradesh, India, completed her Internal Medicine residency at Central Michigan University (Outstanding Resident award), and finished her cardiology fellowship at MetroHealth Medical Center / Case Western Reserve University. Her clinical interests include valvular heart disease, structural heart disease evaluation, women's heart disease, and advanced echocardiography.

Rohit Patel, MD, FACC

Dr. Rohit Patel is a board-certified cardiologist and Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC), specializing in general and preventive cardiology, heart failure management, and comprehensive cardiovascular risk reduction. He provides expert evaluation and long-term management for patients with complex cardiac conditions, with a focus on improving quality of life and preventing disease progression. Dr. Patel has been a long-standing provider with Arizona Heart Specialists.

Kumar Ravi, MD, FACC

Dr. Kumar Ravi is a board-certified interventional cardiologist and Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC). As the Founder and President of Arizona Heart Specialists, Dr. Ravi has led the practice since 2005, building one of the Northwest Phoenix area's most respected cardiovascular practices. His vision — delivering globally advanced cardiac care with a personal, community-based touch — has defined the culture and clinical excellence of AHS for over two decades.

Radha Mantena, MBBS

Dr. Radha Mantena holds an MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) degree and serves as a Physician Assistant at Arizona Heart Specialists. She provides clinical support to the physician team, assisting with patient evaluations, care coordination, and the day-to-day clinical operations of the practice.

Tina M. Marino, NP

Tina M. Marino is a Nurse Practitioner at Arizona Heart Specialists, providing advanced cardiovascular nursing care in collaboration with the physician team. She brings expertise in patient evaluation, chronic disease management, and care coordination to support the practice's commitment to comprehensive cardiovascular care.

Kelly Grogan, NP

Kelly Grogan is a Nurse Practitioner at Arizona Heart Specialists. She provides advanced cardiovascular nursing care, working closely with the physician team to support patient evaluations, chronic disease management, and ongoing care coordination.
