Dr. Charan Yerasi is a board-certified interventional cardiologist and Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC). He specializes in complex coronary interventions, chronic total occlusion (CTO) PCI, transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), and peripheral vascular interventions. Dr. Yerasi completed his medical degree at Gandhi Medical College, India, followed by residency in Internal Medicine at MedStar Georgetown University, fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at Creighton University, and Interventional Cardiology fellowship at MedStar Georgetown. He is actively engaged in clinical research with extensive publications and presentations at national and international cardiology meetings.
After receiving his medical degree from Gandhi Medical College, India, he completed his residency in Internal Medicine at MedStar Georgetown University and his fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at Creighton University, followed by Interventional Cardiology fellowship at MedStar Georgetown University.
Dr. Yerasi actively participates in research and has published extensively on various topics in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology, presenting at multiple national and international cardiology meetings. His goal is to provide up-to-date, evidence-based medicine to all his patients. He has served on patient experience and quality committee boards before joining Arizona Heart Specialists.
